Russian missiles hit Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Odesa simply hours after Moscow and Kyiv signed offers to permit grain exports to renew from there.
“It took lower than 24 hours for Russia to release a missile assault on Odesa’s port, breaking its guarantees and undermining its commitments prior to the UN and Turkey beneath the Istanbul settlement,” Ukrainian Overseas Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko stated.
“In case of non-fulfilment, Russia will undergo complete duty for an international meals disaster.”
